Happy Vintage Motorcycle Customer Goes Crazy, Almost Falls Off Cliff!

I recently gave resurrection therapy to a client’s 1978 Yamaha XS650 Special. Once the engine fired up for me, the vacuum actuated and appears to have left a tear in one of the petcock diaphragms. So, wanting to leave the bike for demonstration as a runner, I topped of the carbs and left the fuel lines full of gasoline, but drained the tank.
